biossphere group terms of service
These Terms of Service outline the rules for using biossphere PSA and biossphere Gaming Facility sp. z o.o. services. Please read them carefully.
general provisions

biossphere provides services for gaming equipment rental and training/gaming infrastructure exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) Clients.

For the purposes of these Terms, a B2B client is understood to be a business entity, organization, or professional team for whom the services are directly related to their business or statutory activities.
verification and order fulfillment

All orders placed by individual Clients or entities that are not B2B clients will be subject to individual verification.

biossphere reserves the right to require a security deposit from an individual Client to secure the value of the equipment or service. The amount of the deposit will be communicated before the final order acceptance.

Please be aware that the verification of each order may take up to 24 hours. Accordingly, biossphere reserves the right to cancel any order made for a period shorter than this. This applies to all Clients, regardless of whether they are B2B or B2C.

biossphere also reserves the right to reject an order without stating a reason if, during the verification process, it is determined that the Client does not meet the standards required for B2B Clients.
shipment and delivery

The cost of all shipments and deliveries is charged separately and is agreed upon with the Client prior to order fulfillment.

Clients can choose from a variety of delivery options, including:

pick-up: the Client picks up the order from our designated location.

standard selivery: shipment via a courier service (e.g., DPD, UPS, InPost).

dedicated shipment: direct delivery via a specialized courier for sensitive or large orders.

technician delivery: delivery and on-site setup performed by a biossphere technician.

final provisions

The use of biossphere services implies the acceptance of these Terms.

All matters not regulated by this document are subject to the general provisions of Polish law.
